Versace has announced British designer J W Anderson is to create a capsule collection for its sister label Versus, the first in a series of collaborations to come under the creative directorship of Donatella Versace, following Christopher Kane's departure from the brand last month.

The collection of women's and men's ready-to-wear pieces is to be revealed at an event in New York in spring 2013.
